These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of royalpeacocklounge.com and related pages (the “Site”), operated by THC Live Sound Stage LLC, doing business as Royal Peacock Lounge (“Royal Peacock Lounge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 186 Auburn Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30303. By using the Site — including booking a VIP section, submitting the contact form, joining our email list, or opting into SMS text messages — you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

Royal Peacock Lounge is a 21-and-over nightlife venue. By using the Site or our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (21+ for venue entry and alcohol service, valid government ID required at the door), and that any information you submit is accurate.

2. VIP Bookings and Purchases

• VIP section bookings are made through the Site and confirmed via payment (currently processed through CashApp) and email confirmation.
• Pricing, availability, and package inclusions are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of booking.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law. Refund and rescheduling requests are handled at Royal Peacock Lounge’s discretion.
• Entry to the venue is subject to venue policies, dress code, capacity limits, and management discretion, regardless of advance booking.

3. SMS Text Messaging Program — Terms & Conditions

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Royal Peacock Lounge, you agree to the following terms:

• Program description: By opting in (via our website form, in-venue signup, or a designated opt-in keyword), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Royal Peacock Lounge — including event announcements, VIP/bottle service offers, birthday party promotions, and general venue updates — at the mobile number provided.
• Consent is not required for purchase. Opting in to SMS is never a condition of booking a VIP section or purchasing any product or service from Royal Peacock Lounge.
• Message frequency varies and may include up to several messages per week.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: Text STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at the information in Section 9 below.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers: Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability. Not all carriers may be supported.
• This SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your phone number and consent data are used and protected, including that this data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including age or identity) through any form on the Site
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Royal Peacock Lounge staff or other patrons through any communication channel, including SMS or email

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or deny venue entry to anyone who violates these Terms or venue policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, graphics, event flyers, photos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Royal Peacock Lounge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, payment processors, our SMS/CRM provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Event details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Peacock Lounge and THC Live Sound Stage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, your attendance at the venue, or your participation in our SMS or email marketing programs.
